Through the contact form we collect the data you provide voluntarily: name, email address, phone number if given, and the text of the message. We also collect the minimum technical data needed for the site to work (technical cookies) and, if authorised, usage measurement data.

The form is not intended for sending health-related data. Please do not include clinical information or diagnoses in your message: health matters are collected within the professional relationship.

Purposes of processing

• keeping the site secure and preventing automated submissions;
• measuring use of the site through analytics cookies, only with prior consent.
